北京市朝阳区2017年戒烟门诊现况调查

Investigation on the status of smoking cessation clinics in Chaoyang district of Beijing in 2017

目的评估北京朝阳区戒烟门诊运行状况,以期为区县层面的戒烟治疗发展提供有价值的建议。方法对朝阳区所有开设戒烟门诊的医院(16家)和具有公共卫生职责的社区卫生服务中心(35家)进行问卷调查。数据以Excel格式导出,通过描述性分析,找出该地区戒烟服务的特点和问题。结果医院调查显示,安非他酮和伐尼克兰是最常用的药物,但56.25%的戒烟门诊没有使用药物,大多数戒烟门诊只向患者收取挂号费和药费。社区卫生服务中心调查结果显示,68.63%的社区卫生服务中心只能提供简短戒烟治疗,34.29%不能提供任何戒烟支持。结论虽然朝阳区的各级卫生系统已经开展了简短戒烟干预技术,但戒烟治疗仍面临着挑战,主要障碍包括戒烟药物不足、政府没有服务支付标准、后续治疗实施不完善等。政府需要在提供戒烟服务方面发挥更重要的作用,持续监测并提供相关支持,促进戒烟治疗实施。

Objective To evaluate the smoking cessation treatment in Beijing Chaoyang district,and to provide valuable advice for the development of smoking cessation treatment in district or country level.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in all hospitals(16 families)and community health service centers(35 families)in Chaoyang district.The data were derived by Excel format,and the characteristics and problems of smoking cessation service were revealed by descriptive analysis.Results Hospital surveys showed that bupropion and varenicline were the most commonly used drugs,but56.25%of smoking cessation clinics had no drugs.Most smoking cessation clinics only charge patients registration fees and drugs fees.The results of community health service center survey showed that68.63%of which could only provide brief intervention treatment,and 34.29%could not provide any smoking cessation support.Conclusion Although the health system of Chaoyang district has carried out brief intervention techniques for smoking cessation,the treatment of smoking cessation is still facing challenges.The main obstacles include the insufficiency of smoking cessation drugs,the lack of service payment standard and the imperfection of follow-up treatment,etc.Governments need to play a more important role in the provision of smoking cessation services,continuously monitor and provide support to facilitate the implementation of smoking cessation treatment.
