槐杞黄颗粒辅助治疗哮喘患儿的疗效及对免疫指标的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Huaiqihuang Granule in the treatment of children with asthma and its effect on the immune indicators

摘要 目的探讨槐杞黄颗粒联合西药治疗哮喘的临床疗效,及对各项免疫指标的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取山东荣成市妇幼保健院2017年1—12月收治的100例哮喘患儿,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组给予舒利迭联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予槐杞黄颗粒治疗,两组均持续治疗4周。治疗前后,观察并比较两组中医证候积分、临床疗效、免疫功能指标水平[白细胞介素4 (IL-4)、白细胞介素4 (IL-8)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)]、肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC],统计两组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组中医证候积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组日间证候积分与夜间证候积分均低于本组治疗前和同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为98.0%,高于对照组的84.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组IL-4、IL-8和IFN-γ水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组IL-4、IL-8水平低于本组治疗前和同期对照组,IFN-γ水平高于本组治疗前和同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组FVC、FEV1及FEV1/FVC水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组FVC、FEV1及FEV1/FVC水平低于本组治疗前和同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论槐杞黄颗粒联合西药治疗小儿哮喘能显著提高临床疗效,改善免疫功能指标、证候积分及改善肺功能。 Objective To discuss the effect of Huaiqihuang Granule combined with western medicine in the treatment ofchildren with asthmaand its effect on the immune indicators.Methods Totally 100 children with asthma in Rongcheng Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January to December2017 were randomly collected and divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with salmeterol and montelukast sodium.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with Huaiqihuang Granule.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function index,serum inflammatory factor levels and syndrome score of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05),but after treatment,the daytime syndrome scores and night syndrome scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.0%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(84.0%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of IL-4,IL-8 and IFN-γbetween the two groups,but after treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those before treatment and those in the control group,and the level of IFN-γin the observation group was significantly higher than that before treatment and that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC between the two groups,but the levels of FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and those in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Huaiqihuang Granule combined with western medicine in the treatment of infantile asthma can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,immune function,syndrome scores,and lung function.
