摘要
目的探讨糖尿病合并高血压患者血尿酸、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平变化及意义。方法选择2018年1—12月收治的2型糖尿病合并高血压病患者30例为观察组,单纯糖尿病患者30例为糖尿病组,另选择健康体检者30例为对照组。比较三组血尿酸、Hcy、血脂水平,并分析糖尿病合并高血压患者血尿酸与Hcy水平的相关性。结果观察组尿酸、Hcy水平显著高于糖尿病组与对照组,糖尿病组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平显著高于糖尿病组与对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平显著低于糖尿病组与对照组,糖尿病组TC、TG水平显著高于对照组,HDL-C水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者尿酸与Hcy呈显著正相关(r=0.840,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并高血压患者血尿酸、Hcy水平显著升高,并且两者存在明显的正相关的关系。
Objective To discuss the changes of serum uric acid and homocysteine(Hcy)levels in patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension.Methods Thirty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension diagnosed and treated in hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the observation group;thirty patients with simple diabetes mellitus were in the diabetes group;another30 healthy persons were selected as control group.The levels of serum uric acid,Hcy and lipid in three groups were compared.The correlation between serum uric acid and Hcy levels in diabetic patients with hypertension was analyzed.Results The levels of uric acid and Hcy in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the diabetic group and the control group,while those in the diabetic group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TC and TG in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the diabetic group and the control group;the level of HDL-C in the observation group was significantly lower than that of diabetic group and control group(all P<0.05).There were significant differences in TC,TG and HDL-C between the diabetic group and the control group(all P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between uric acid and Hcy in the observation group(r=0.840,P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum uric acid and Hcy in diabetic patients with hypertension are significantly increased,and there is a significant positive correlation between them.
