摘要
借助ANSYS的NLISO本构模型和接触算法对Inconel718合金O形环的压扁-回弹特性进行弹塑性有限元模拟。采用三维有限元模型,进行了O形环在螺栓预紧力、温度、压力作用下热弹塑性大变形的反应堆压力容器密封分析,真实而全面地考虑了各种载荷的施加。
The compression and springback characteristics of the Inconel718 O-ring were simulated with the NLISO constitutive model and the contact algorithm in ANSYS. The elasto-plastic analysis for seal rings of reactor pressure vessels was conducted in the cases of different loads including bolt pretightening force, temperature change and internal pressure with the 3D finite element model.
