摘要 针对含操纵系统间隙的飞机操纵面进行了振动及颤振特性研究。在飞机GVT试验中,对含间隙的副翼采用渐进加力和施加预载两种方式进行旋转模态测试;然后采用等效线性化方法对试验结果进行模拟,并利用Zaero软件分析其颤振特性。研究结果表明GVT结果与FEM模型分析有较好的一致性,由于间隙非线性的存在,导致副翼旋转频率降低,并且在分析颤振特性时发现预载荷对颤振速度有很大影响。 The vibration and flutter characteristics of control surface with freeplay were investigated. In the ground vibration tests(GVT) of an aircraft, two methods were used to measure the rotation modes of the aileron with freeplay under increasing inspiriting force and preload. The equivalent linearization method was adopted to simulate the GVT result, and the flutter characteristics were analyzed with Zaero. There exists good coherence between the GVT and FEM results. Due to the freeplay nonlinearity, the rotation mode frequency of the aileron falls, and the notable influence of preload on the flutter velocity is found through analysis of the flutter characteristics.
