摘要 机翼主起落架舱结构在飞机起飞着陆时承受起落架传递的地面载荷,在飞行时分担机翼的部分弯矩和剪力。其结构的合理性、可靠性直接关系到飞机的使用安全。本文运用CAE软件对其结构方案进行了对比分析和优选,并对起落架的主承力结构进行拓扑优化,根据优化结果对结构进行了改进设计,使其材料分布更为合理,减轻了结构重量;最后运用材料非线性接触应力算法进行强度校核,验证了结构的可靠性。 The main landing gear compartment transfers the ground load from the landing gear during the aircraft take-off and landing operations, shares part of the bending moment and shear force of the wings in flight. The rationality and reliability of the compartment structure are in close relation to the aircraft safety. With the CAE software, optimization of the compartment structure scheme was conducted through comparative analysis. According to the results of optimization, the compartment structure was improved, the material distribution made more reasonable and the weight of structure reduced. Finally, the material nonlinear contact stress method was used for strength checking to verify the reliability of the structure.
