基于小圆环试样获取金属材料单轴本构关系的FAT方法 被引量:1

摘要 应用小尺寸圆环进行径向压缩试验获得载荷-变形曲线,并在各向同性、等向强化假定条件下通过引入Hollomon单轴本构关系模型初值进行有限元迭代计算,进而使得试样的模拟变形与圆环试样压缩试验结果满足一致,最终获得材料的单轴本构关系曲线。借助有限元数值分析和特定试样的试验来确定材料本构关系的方法,可以称为有限元辅助测试方法,即FAT(finite-element-analysis aided tests)方法。研究表明,对于四种金属材料应用FAT方法获得的材料单轴本构关系与其单轴拉伸试验结果吻合较好。基于小尺寸材料的FAT方法在核电反应堆、石油管道等关键工程相关材料以及小尺寸构件的材料力学性能获取方面有独特优势和工程应用前景。 The load-deformation curves were obtained through radial compression test on macro small metal rings. The constitutive relationships of the metal materials were gained based on the consistency fitting of FE calculation of specimen deformation under plane stress condition to the ring compression test results. This study shows that the 4 metal materials' uniaxial constitutive relationships got with the FAT(finite element aided tests) method accord well with those got with the uniaxial tensile test. The FAT method based on small size specimens has unique advantages and application prospects for obtaining mechanical properties of key engineering materials in the fields of nuclear reactors, oil pipeline and small-size components.
