摘要 制备出钢纤维体积掺量分别为0%、1%、2%、3%的超高性能钢纤维增强混凝土(UHPSFRC),通过立方体抗压实验、小梁四点弯曲实验,研究钢纤维体积掺量对UHPSFRC抗压、抗弯曲性能的影响。实验结果表明,钢纤维对UHPSFRC有明显的增强、增韧和阻裂作用。抗压强度随着钢纤维体积含量的提高而显著提高,最高可达130MPa。抗弯曲性能在钢纤维体积含量为2%时达到最佳。 The influence of different steel fiber volume fractions on the compressive strength and flexural properties of ultra high performance steel fiber reinforced concrete(UHPSFRC) was investigated through compression testing and 4 point bending testing. The fiber volume fractions was respectively 0%, 1%, 2% and 3%. The experimental results show that the addition of steel fibers has the reinforcing, toughening and crack-resisting effects on UHPSFRC. The compressive strength of UHPSFRC reaches as high as 130 MPa. The optimal fiber volume fraction was found to be 2% to improve the bending performance of UHPSFRC.
