生态城市发展的目标诉求及其实现路径

从经济上考量生态城市的发展主要体现以人为本、可持续发展、经济行为合理三大目标诉求,而现实中往往会出现偏差,需要在目标诉求与现实偏差之间寻找合适的调正路径。面对目标诉求与经济现实的偏差,应把科技创新作为生态城市的支撑,把推动经济结构合理化作为生态城市的内核,坚持市场化主导作为生态城市的运作模式,倡导消费转型作为生态城市的标尺,加强制度建设作为生态城市的保障,从而确保生态城市发展目标的实现。

In view of economy the development of ecological town advance it should put the people first,sustainable progress and reasonable economic action.However,in the course of doing that there always produced deviations.It is needed to adjust the correct way to correct the deviations and requirements.It should stress the scientific innovation in the town being forward,the reasonable economic structure should be the core of ecologic town,taking the market way as the leading factor,to encourage the consumption transformation,to strengthen the reasonable system and to guarantee the ecologic goal being come true.
