City New Poverty Group Under Space Justice Dimension

城市化是推动现代社会发展的重要力量,然而其在推动社会进步,为人类生活提供便利的同时由于空间正义的缺失也带来了"城市病"——城市新贫困。城市新贫困意味着经济上的贫困,同时也意味着发展机会上的缺乏以及个人情感和心理上遭受到的创伤和磨损,这也就造成城市新贫困群体有效活动的公共空间缺乏、内心被剥夺感加强、社会地位固化、被动郊区化趋势加强等问题的出现。城市新贫困问题的解决需要在空间正义发展原则的指导下实现经济又好又快的发展,保证公共服务供给的均衡,加强公民参与保证协商形成的公共利益最大化。

The urbanization is an important force to push forward the modern society.It is to make the society progress and bringing the people life convenient.However,due to lack of the space justice that the new problems of 'the town sickness' that it is named as the town new poverty.The new town poverty means the new residents in towns are very difficult in finding their economic positions and lack of the opportunities of fine work.They are felt trauma in their psychology and emotion.This is also the new poverty group who lacks of the public space.To solve the new town poverty is to realize the town economy advance correctly and the public service supply evenly to strengthen the citizen participation and full consultation on the public interests.
