Cultural Consciousness and Practices in the Process of New Urbanization

新型城镇化过程中的文化自觉主要包括内部文化自觉和外部文化自觉两方面,内部文化自觉是新型城镇化的内在灵魂,外部文化自觉是新型城镇化的精神动力,而文化产业的发展则是新型城镇化的重要推动力量。因此,应当以文化自觉为灵魂,推进新型城镇化发展;以文化的包容性发展为引领,拓宽新型城镇化道路;以文化产业转型和创新为依托,繁荣新型城镇化经济;以培育文化人才为立足点,持续推进新型城镇化发展。

It is a new perspective to research on the process of new urbanization from the cultural consciousness.The construction of new urbanization should consider the importance of cultural consciousness.In the process of new urbanization,there are two aspects of cultural consciousness,on the one hand it is internal cultural consciousness and it is the soul of new urbanization,on the other hand it is external cultural consciousness and it is the spiritual power in the process of new urbanization.Also the development of the cultural industry is an important force to promote the new urbanization.Finally,we put forward some suggestions to promote the development of the new urbanization from four aspects,for instance,taking the cultural consciousness as the soul,taking the inclusive developments of cultural as the guide,relying on the transformation and innovation of cultural industry and the cultivation of the cultural talents.
