是否具有高度的文化自觉,不仅关系到文化自身的振兴和繁荣,而且决定着一个国家、一个民族、一个政党的前途命运。文化"三自"是新型城镇化的题中要义,也是当前新型城镇化建设要解决的重要难题。在推进新型城镇化建设的同时,要注重以社会主义核心价值体系引导居民的文化建设,提高居民的文化自觉,增强文化自信,形成中国特色的城镇文化。

Whether the degree of cultural awareness,not only it related to cultural revitalization and prosperity of their own,but also it determines a country,a future fate of the nation,of a political party.The culture of 'Three-Self' is the title of the new urbanization of the essence,the important problem is the current construction of the new town to be solved.In promoting the new urbanization construction we should pay attention to the socialist core value system to guide cultural construction of the residents,to improve the cultural consciousness of residents,and to enhance cultural self-confidence,urban culture with Chinese characteristics.
