A New High-flavonoid Apple Cultivar ‘Meihong’

‘美红’是从‘嘎拉’×CSR6R6的后代中选育出的苹果新品种。果实近圆形,平均单果质量89.6 g;全果面鲜红色,果面光洁、亮,可免套袋;全果肉鲜红色,肉质酥脆,酸甜适口;果肉维生素C含量0.036 mg·g^(-1),类黄酮含量11.26 mg·g^(-1),外观好,营养、鲜食品质及耐贮运性优良。树势强,长、中、短枝均能结果,有连续结果能力,丰产性强,产量29.35 t·hm^(-2)。

‘Meihong’is a new apple cultivar derived from the cross‘Gala’×CSR6R6.The fruit is nearly round,with an average fruit weight of 89.6 g.The whole fruit surface is bright red,smooth and glossy,with no need for bagging.The whole flesh is bright red,crispy,sweet and sour.The content of vitamin C and flavonoids in flesh is 0.036 mg·g-1 and 11.26 mg·g-1,respectively.It has good appearance,nutrition and storage and transportation quality.Long,medium and short branches can bear fruit.It has strong tree potential,continuous bearing capacity,high yield and the equivalent yield is 29.35 t·hm-2.
