摘要
‘金红’枣是从山东乐陵市‘金丝小枣’实生群体中选育出的鲜食制干兼用新品种。果实圆锥形,平均单果质量8.9 g,鲜果含可溶性固形物33.9%,维生素C 3.123 mg·g^(-1),总酸5.15 g·kg^(-1),可食率97.1%,制干率55.3%。在山东乐陵,果实9月中下旬成熟,丰产,优质,抗裂果,适合鲜食和制干。改接‘金丝小枣’大树后当年结果,第4年产量20 542.5 kg·hm^(-2)。
‘Jinhong’is a new jujube cultivar selected from‘Jinsixiaozao’seedlings in Laoling,Shandong.The fruit is conical with the average fruit weight of 8.9 g,the vitamin C content of 3.123 mg·g-1,the total acid content of 5.15 g·kg-1,the edible rate of 97.1%and the dried rate of 55.3%.This new cultivar ripens from mid to end of September in Laoling.It is suitable for dry and fresh fruit with high yield,high quality and resistance to cracking.The yield is 20 542.5 kg·hm-2 in the fourth year after grafted on‘Jinsixiaozao’trees.
