恶性浆膜腔积液中检测VEGF、MMP-9、TGF-β1的临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究VEGF、MMP-9和TGF-β1在恶性浆膜腔积液中的表达情况及探讨其临床意义。方法选取我院诊治的50例合并恶性浆膜腔积液患者作为实验组,20例合并良性浆膜腔积液患者作为对照组,采用ELISA法分别检测两组患者血清及浆膜腔积液中VEGF、MMP-9和TGF-β1含量并对实验组结果进行分层分析。结果实验组患者浆膜腔积液及血清中VEGF及MMP-9因子的表达显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但TGF-β1在实验组及对照组的表达无明显差异性(P>0.05)。在恶性浆膜腔积液分层研究中,VEGF及MMP-9因子在心包积液组含量显著高于另外2组,胸水组又高于腹水组(P<0.05)。上述3种因子在不同肿瘤及不同病理类型之间并未表现出明显的差异性(P>0.05)。结论 VEGF在恶性浆膜腔积液中的表达明显高于良性浆膜腔积液,并与MMP-9呈协调相关性;TGF-β1在良恶性浆膜腔积液中表达均较低且未表现出明显差异性;VEGF及MMP-9含量在恶性心包积液中最高,胸水组高于腹水组,但与肿瘤种类及病理类型无明显相关性。 Objective To study the expression of VEGF, MMP-9 and TGF-beta 1 in malignant serous cavity effusion and to explore its clinical significance. Methods We selected 50 cases of patients with malignant serous cavity effusion which was diagnosed and treated in our hospital as experimental group, 20 cases of patients with benign serous cavity effusion as control group, using the ELISA method to detect the contents of VEGF, MMP-9 and TGF-beta 1 respectively in the serum and serous cavity effusion and hierarchical analysis the experimental group. Results The expression of VEGF and MMP-9 in serous cavity effusion and serum in experimental group patients were significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05), but the expression of TGF-beta1 was no obvious differences between with the experimental group and control group(P >0.05). In the study of malignant serous cavity effusion stratification, VEGF and MMP-9 factors in pericardial effusion group were significantly higher than that of the other two groups, chest water group was higher than that of ascites group(P <0.05). The content of the above three factors did not show obvious differences in different kinds and pathological type of tumors(P >0.05). Conclusion The expression of VEGF in malignant serous cavity effusion was significantly higher than that in benign serous cavity effusion, and was coordinated with MMP-9. The content of TGF-beta1 was low and no significant difference between benign and malignant serous cavity effusion; the contents of VEGF and MMP-9 were the highest in malignant pericardial effusion group, the chest water group was higher than ascites group, but no obvious correlation with the types and pathological types of tumors.
