术后早期化疗在直肠癌患者治疗中的作用探讨

A Role in the Treatment of Early Postoperative Chemotherapy in Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的探讨术后早期化疗在直肠癌患者治疗中的作用。方法选择2011年5月至2014年5月于我院行直肠癌根治术的患者50例,根据随机数表法将其平均分为研究组与对照组。研究组于术后4~7 d开始FOLFOX4化疗治疗,对照组于术后14~28 d开始FOLFOX4化疗治疗。结果两组化疗治疗期间各项不良反应的发生率对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访2年,研究组病灶远处转移率为4.00%,低于对照组32.00%(P<0.05);两组复发率、生存率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论直肠癌患者术后应用早期化疗可以降低远处转移率,且不会增加药物不良反应,安全可行。

Objective To study the role in the treatment of early postoperative chemotherapy in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods In May 2011 to May 2014 in our line of 50 cases of patients with colorectal cancer radical, according to its average random indicator method divided into research group and the control group. Team began FOLFOX4 chemotherapy in 4-7 d after treatment, the control group underwent 28-31 d beginning chemotherapy of FOLFOX4 chemotherapy treatment. Results Two groups the incidence of the adverse reactions during chemotherapy contrast differences had no statistical significance(P >0.05). 2 years of follow-up, the team lesions distant metastasis rate was 4.00%, 32.00% lower than the control group(P <0.05); The recurrence rate, survival rate, comparing similar between the two groups has no statistical significance(P >0.05). Conclusion Early postoperative patients with rectal cancer chemotherapy can decrease the rate of distant metastasis, and do not increase the adverse drug reactions, safe and feasible.
