综合康复治疗对脑梗死偏瘫患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy on Patients with Hemiplegia Due to Cerebral Infarction

目的观察综合康复治疗对脑梗死偏瘫患者的临床疗效研究。方法选取自2016年10月至2017年10月于大连市老年病医院康复理疗科收治的脑梗合并偏瘫患者60例,采用信封法随机分组,对照组30例予常规康复,试验组30例予综合康复治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后躯体功能评分Barthle指数变化情况。结果治疗后:①躯体功能评分:对照组(64.76±11.23),试验组(81.62±12.16);③Barthle指数:对照组(42.54±9.26),试验组:(54.39±8.25),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论综合康复治疗联合手法康复及电针灸肢体刺激可恢复患者局部组织血液循环,促进肌肉运动,缓解肢体痉挛状态,改善患者自理能力,临床疗效优异,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on cerebral infarction.Methods From October 2016 to October 2017,60 patients with cerebral infarction complicated with hemiplegia were randomly divided into 2 groups:control group(30 cases)and treatment Group 30 cases,observation of the two groups of patients before and after treatment of limb function scores and self-care ability changes.Results After treatment:①Body function score:(64.76±11.23)in the control group and(81.62±12.16)in the experimental group;③Barthle index:(42.54±9.26)in the control groupand(54.39±8.25)in the experimental group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy andhand rehabilitation and electroacupuncture moxibustion can restore the local tissue blood circulation,promote muscle movement,relieve limb spasticity andimprove patients’ability to take care of themselves.The clinical efficacy is excellent and worthy of promotion.
