神经性皮炎患者采取卡泊三醇软膏结合糠酸莫米松软膏外用治疗的临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Topical Treatment of Patients with Neurodermatitis Treated with Calcipotriol Ointment combined withMometasone Furoate Ointment

目的探析神经性皮炎患者应用糠酸莫米松软膏与卡泊三醇软膏外用治疗的临床效果。方法将2014年7月至2017年7月期间我院通过诊断后确诊为神经性皮炎患者50例纳为参研的样本,随机均分成常规组与干预组,前者单用糠酸莫米松软膏治疗;后者在前者治疗的前提下加用卡泊三醇软膏治疗。经统计学分析比较两组疗效的优劣。结果干预组总疗效92%高于常规组68%,P<0.05,有明显的统计学意义;两组不良反应发生率接近,P>0.05,无统计学意义。结论糠酸莫米松软膏与卡泊三醇软膏联合应用在神经性皮炎患者中效果确切,安全性高。
