摘要
目的探讨血清叶酸、维生素B12(VB12)及同型半胱氨酸水平与老年人轻度认知功能障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)之间的关系。方法在天津市某社区筛选的101例MCI患者作为病例组,另采用1:1配比选取健康老年人101例作为正常对照组,进行空腹采血,通过采用酶循环法测定血清中的同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine, Hcy),化学发光法试剂盒测定血清叶酸、VB12,高效液相色谱法测定血浆中S-腺苷甲硫氨酸(S-adenosylmethionine, SAM)、S-腺苷高半胱氨酸(S-adenosylhomocysteine, SAH)浓度并计算SAM/SAH,并进行统计学分析。结果 Logistic回归分析结果显示叶酸、VB12、SAH、SAM、SAM/SAH、Hcy均与MCI有统计学关联(P<0.05)。高水平血清叶酸、高水平血清VB12、正常水平血清Hcy可能是MCI发生的保护因素(OR=0.054, 0.027, 0.265);高水平血清Hcy可能是MCI发生的危险因素(OR=2.763)。结论血清叶酸、VB12以及同型半胱氨酸水平均与老年人MCI相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between mild cognitive impairment(MCI)and the levels of serum folate,vitamin B 12 and homocysteine.Methods A total of 101 MCI patients screened in a community in Tianjin were treated as the MCI group,and 101 health people were randomly selected as the normal control group.Their blood samples were collected and homocysteine(Hcy)was detected with homocysteine kit.Serum folate and vitamin B12 were analyzed with chemiluminescent immunoassay.S-adenosylmethionine(SAM)and S-adenosylhomocysteine(SAH)were detected with high performance liquid chromatography.Results The raised levels of serum folate,vitamin B12,and normal level of Hcy were the independent protective factors.The OR values were 0.054,0.027,0.265 respectively.The increased level of serum Hcy were the independent risk factor.The OR value was 2.763.Conclusion The levels of serum folate,vitamin B12 and homocysteine are significantly related to the MCI.
