胎儿脾脏的外形测量 被引量:1

摘要 引产胎儿118例(胎龄4~9月),平均体重为1200±700,身长360±85mm;脾平均重量为2.3±2.1g,体积2.1±2.0cm^3,纵径27±11mm,横径16±16mm,厚度8±3mm。脾的重量与胎儿体重,脾的纵径与胎儿身长均呈正相关关系,并随胎龄的增长而增加。本文还对脾的形态、位置及副脾作了初步观察。 118 fetuses aged 4-9 months are measured. The mean body weight is 1200±700g and the length, 360±85mm. The mean weight and the mean volume of the fetal spleen are 2.3±2.1g and 2.1±2.0cm3. The mean longitudinal diameter, the mean transverse diameter and the thickness of the fetal spleen are 27±11mm, 16±6mm and 8±33mm, respectively. The weight of spleen is positively correlated with the body weight. A positive linear correlation is shown between the longitudinal diameter and the fetal length, and increases with the growth of the fetal months. A preliminary observation on the morphology, the location and the accessory spleen are also made.
