A Standard Phonological System Sample Written by Jiangxi Scholars in Late Ming(明) Dynasty: A Study of Homophone Seen in Zhang Wei's Wen Qi–ji(问奇集)

张位笔下的正音就是当时官话音。从所见音变特征看,当时官话音既有当时南京音或江淮方音特有的成分,又有当时北京音特有的成分。样本中还掺入了不少当时赣方音的成分。

Zhang Wei(张位)’s Standard phonological system is the mandarin pronunciation at that time.Judging from the phonetic features seen,the official voice at that time had both the unique components of Nanjing pronunciation or Jianghuai pronunciation at that time and the unique components of Beijing pronunciation at that time.The sample also contains many elements of Jiangxi pronunciation at that time.
