摘要
利用高速水射流的冲击动能,可以实现钢制结构表面除漆除锈的目的。通过理论分析并计算出影响清洗效率的主要参数的最优值,采用试验分析方法验证喷嘴孔径、单喷嘴靶距、射流压力等清洗参数的优选结果。根据最优清洗参数,进行清洗盘行进速度与压力对清洗效果的影响的试验;研究清洗盘工作时喷嘴的运动,提出一种清洗盘喷嘴布置结构设计,以及一种新型清洗盘工作的运动方式。
Impact kinetic energy of high-pressure water jet can be used to achieve the purpose of removing rust and paint from surface of steel structure. Through analysis and calculation, we obtain the optimal values of main parameters affecting cleaning efficiency of disc cleaning device. According to the optimal cleaning parameters, experiments are performed to verify results and optimize nozzle aperture, single nozzle target distance, jet pressure and other cleaning parameters. The influence of cleaning speed and pressure on the cleaning effect of cleaning plate is tested according to the optimal cleaning parameters. We also study the movement of the nozzle during cleaning operation. A design scheme of disk high pressure water jet cleaning device and a novel cleaning plate working method are proposed.
