摘要
车辆换挡缓冲阀是提高车辆换挡品质的一个重要部件,它能有效地控制离合器内的油压,使其按照一定规律增长,从而快速且平稳地完成换挡操作。对一种换挡缓冲阀运用AMESim进行了建模,并在此基础上开展了在变工况下的仿真分析,进行了试验验证,分析了压力瞬时波动及流量瞬时波动对缓冲效果的影响。结果表明,此工况的瞬时变化都会使缓冲时间缩短且具有较小的冲击。
A vehicle shifting buffer valve is an important component to improve shift quality of the vehicle, and it can effectively control oil pressure in clutch to increase according to a certain law, thereby completing the shift operation quickly and smoothly. AMESim is used to build a model of shifting cushion valve. Based on this model, the simulation analysis under different working conditions is carried out and verified by experiments. The influence of instantaneous pressure fluctuation and instantaneous fluctuation of flow rate on buffer effect is analyzed. The results show that the transient changes under these operating conditions will make buffer time shorten and has a smaller impact.
