摘要 斗轮式堆取料机是大型露天散料处理成套设备,在使用过程中常出现故障。对斗轮堆料机液压系统故障现象进行分析,提出了改进液压系统方案,优化后的回路不仅可以保证大臂在任意位置可靠停留,而且通过AMESim仿真实验,验证其在工作过程中,启动更灵敏,平稳性更高。经过油温验算,证明改造后的仰俯机构回路可以满足机器高温环境工作。同时对张紧机构液压系统进行优化,满足了皮带自动张紧及延长液压泵使用寿命等性能。 A bucket wheel heaping machine is a large-scale open-air bulk processing equipment, and often malfunctions in the process of use. A fault phenomenon of hydraulic system of bucket wheel stacker is analyzed, and an improved hydraulic system scheme is put forward. The optimized circuit can not only ensure that the arm stays reliably in any position, but also verify that it’s more sensitive to start and more stable in working process through AMESim simulation experiment. After checking oil temperature, it is proved that the retrofitted loop of upside-down mechanism can meet the high temperature environment of the machine. At the same time, the hydraulic system of the tensioning mechanism is optimized to meet the requirements of automatic belt tensioning and prolonging the service life of hydraulic pump.
