普通话审音工作分领域(教育系统)意见调查分析

The Survey on the Feedback towards Putonghua Pronunciation Review by Educators

本文针对普通话审音工作相关问题,通过问卷调查、开放式书面访谈的形式对教育系统人员的意见建议进行分析研究,提出:1.现阶段进行普通话审音工作十分必要,且具有紧迫性。2.《普通话异读词审音表》的完善应是普通话审音工作的首务。3.普通话语音规范工作有必要全面展开。从审音工作的原则来看,总的原则是稳定为主,遵循音理与尊重实际二者需有机结合。同时,新的语音规范发布形式要充分考虑民众已经养成的使用习惯以及现代社会发展的需求。

In this paper,comments and suggestions related to the work of putonghua pronunciation review were collated based on questionnaires,and unstructured written interviews with educators. Therefore,we argue that: 1. At the current stage,the work of putonghua pronunciation review is necessary,and with urgency; 2. One of the first most importance tasks is to improve the Inventory of the Words with Different Pronunciations; 3. The standardization of putonghua pronunciation has to be put in full swing. The general principle is to maintain the present framework of pronunciation review. Both theoretical justifications and actual practice of pronunciation have to be considered. Meanwhile, pronunciation specifications need to take into account of the pronouncing habit of the public and the need of social development.
