This paper describes a corpus for speech synthesis. In designing the data base,segment have been taken in to consideration,and Chinese syllables,words,sentences of soliloquy and paragraphs of dialogue contained. Speech is recorded in one-eight anechoic chamber. The management system of the corpus includes functions of searching, browsing and renewing.
