新疆籍免费师范生的教师职业认同感调查分析

摘要 本研究运用问卷法调查湖南民族职业学院在读新疆籍免费师范生的教师职业认同感现状。调查结果显示,其教师职业认同感较强,在职业意愿与期望、职业价值两个维度上,存在显著的性别差异,女生高于男生;来自农村与来自城市的学生在职业意志与职业效能两个维度上存在显著差异,农村学生得分显著高于城市学生;不同专业学生的教师职业认同感不存在显著差异。此调查结果为新疆籍免费师范生的培养与继续教育提出可供参考的策略和方法。 Through an investigation on normal university students' teacher profession identity in Xinjiang area, taking Hunan Vocational College for Nationalities as example in questionnaire, this paper concludes: the identity of teacher professional for female students from Xinjiang area is stronger than males' in terms of the expectation and value of profession, rural students higher than urban for the volition and efficacy of profession. Thus, there is no obvious difference on teacher efficacy of profession for students majored in different subjects. The investigation can provide strategies and methods to reference for the cultivation and continued education for normal university students from Xinjiang area.
