全面建成小康社会已进入决战决胜阶段,必须贯彻"四个全面"战略布局和五大发展理念,按照新的指标体系和评判标准,坚持问题导向,紧扣短板抓提升,突出弱项抓发展,加强监测抓调度,典型引路抓带动,科学引导抓宣传,凝心聚力,攻坚克难,真抓实干,砥砺前行,加快推进洞庭湖地区全面建成小康社会,不断提升人民群众的幸福感和认同感。

Building a moderately prosperous society has entered the decisive phase of the battle, we must implement the 'four comprehensive' strategic layout and five concepts of the development. According to the new index system and evaluation standards,we should adhere problem-oriented, grip short board closely to enhance, highlight weaknesses to develop, strengthen monitoring to adjust, guide typically to promote, scientific guidance to advertise, integrate human resources to tackle tough with the attitude of solid work and temper forward, in order to build a moderately prosperous society in Dongting Lake area rapidly and improve people's well-being and identity sense constantly.
