基于SWOT分析下的林业产业发展研究——以湖南耒阳为例

Research on Forestry Industry Development Based on Analysis of SWOT——Taking Leiyang City of Hunan as an Example

林业具有生态、经济和社会三大效益,林业产业对地区社会经济的可持续发展发挥着重要作用。本文运用SWOT分析方法,分析资源枯竭型城市耒阳林业产业发展的优势和劣势以及面临的机会与挑战,并对快速健康发展耒阳林业产业提出了发展对策:全面发展林业三大产业,促进林业产业结构优化;扩大林业产业投融资渠道,提升林业科技水平;落实林业产业相关政策,建立林业服务体系。

Forestry has three benefits of ecology, economy and society, and the forestry industry plays an important role in the sustainable development of social economy in the area. With the method of SWOT analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of resource depletion development of forestry industry in Leiyang city, as well as the challenges and opportunities, are analyzed in this thesis. In order to develop Leiyang forestry industry rapidly and healthily, and the countermeasures are put forward, including the comprehensive development of three pillar industries, optimization of the forestry industry structure to promote, the financing channels to expand, forestry science and technology level to promote, the relevant policies to implement, and its service system to establish.
