地方高职院校服务社会的实践与思考——以湖南民族职业学院为例

Practice and Thought on Local Higher Vocational Colleges to Serve the Society——Taking Hunan Vocational College for Nationalities as an Example

高职院校应在国家政策对高校的要求和学院自身发展的需要等背景下,不断创新教育教学改革,加强内涵建设,为当地经济发展输送高素质高技能型人才,依此直接提升对地方经济的服务能力。学校可采用职前职后一体化培训;院校行业企业共生,协同发展;资源共享,校区社区和谐共处等措施提高学院的社会服务能力。

Under the background of the requirements from national policy and self-development for colleges and universities,through reform of the education teaching and reinforcement of the connotation construction is helpful to train hi-quality skill type talents and enhance the ability to serve local economy.Some measures of pre-job training and post-job training,symbiotic school-enterprises cooperation,coordinated development,shared resource,and harmony campus community are put forward by the higher vocational colleges,to improve the social service abilities.
