高职辅导员工作应创新性的运用积极心理学理论中的积极主观体验与积极人格特质研究方法,在注重辅导员教育思想革新的基础上强化其对职业的认同感,并以积极心理学教育方法为前提,构建"以生为本"的教育理念、采用欣赏激励的教育方法 ,创设和谐向上的教育环境,以提升高职辅导员的工作效益。

With the theory of positive psychology,counselors working should be used in positive subjective experience and personality trait method,strengthening occupation identity,constructing'student-centered'educational concept,and creating harmonious educational environment with positive method to pay attention to the counselor education innovation so as to improve their work efficiency.
