高职生英语写作中连接衔接手段的使用特点研究——以北京城市学院为例

Research on Application Characteristics of Cohesive Conjunctions in English Writing of Higher Vocational Students——Taking Beijing City University as an Example

就使用频率而言,高职生应用文写作中连接衔接手段的使用频率整体偏低,连接手段类型主要集中在延伸和增强两大类,其中,连接关系分别为并列、因果、转折和先后。就使用词项而言,大部分学生普通性连接词使用熟练,但其使用词项不够丰富。高职英语写作教学,应着重培养高职生对延伸和增强两类连接词的使用意识,讲解连接词的使用方法,通过专项帮助学生掌握更多的连接词词汇。

In terms of frequency,higher vocational students generally have a very low frequency of using cohesive conjunctions and the most frequently used types of conjunctions are extension and enhancement,including juxtaposition,causality,transition and successively.In terms of conjunctive words used by students,the most frequently used are ordinary and the variety of conjunctions is very limited.Therefore,in higher vocational English teaching,teachers need to place emphasis on using the two types of extension and enhancement conjunctions,and enrich students’conjunctions vocabulary with enough writing exercises.
