摘要
内地藏生受地域因素影响,语言思维相对薄弱,在数学教学技能培养过程中存在与教师互动较少、学习兴趣不浓、自信心不够等现象。教师应针对这一现象因材施教,开展小组合作学习;进行个别指导,构建学习共同体;搭建展示平台,提高学习兴趣,以提升数学学科素养,有效培养内地藏生的数学教学技能。
Due to the influence by location,weak language consciousness,less communication with teacher,learning interest and self-confidence of mainland Tibetan students existed in cultivating mathematics teaching skills.According to students’learning status,teachers should carry out cooperative group learning,instruct individually to build learning group,construct performance platform to enhance its interest,aim at improving subject qualification and cultivating mathematics teaching skills effectively.
