1.more than more than 后面常常可跟形容词、副词、动词、分词、不定式或从句等。表示“非常”之意,并非表示比较,译成汉语时,须意译。例如: It is more than probable that he will come。十有八九他会来。(more than+形容词) This is a more than usually large room。这是一间异常大的房间。(more than+副词) The result of the experiment more than satisfied us all。
