身体·信仰·轮回——互文视角下《太阳照常升起》中的“轻与重”

Body,Faith,Return: On Weight and Lightness in The Sun Also Rises from Intertextual Perspective

本文通过对海明威的《太阳照常升起》进行文本分析,发现小说利用身体的缺失、信仰的背叛和永恒的轮回这三个由浅至深、彼此关联的主题叙事,构建了生命"轻与重"的博弈,因而与昆德拉的《不能承受的生命之轻》等西方文学作品产生互文性关联,这种互文关系反映了自尼采以来西方思潮对传统哲学继承与批判的思想脉络。尽管《太阳照常升起》被普遍视为现代主义文学的代表作,但小说在行文的过程通过与其他作品的互文性不断解构以"轻与重"矛盾为代表的各种二元对立关系,实现了对现代主义框架的颠覆和超越,甚至为后现代思想的出现埋下了伏笔。

By textual analyzing of The Sun Also Rises written by Ernest Hemingway,this article discovers that the novel constructs the conflicts between weight and lightness by three mutually correlative themes,which are the incompleteness of body,the betrayal of belief and the eternal return.The three themes share intertextuality with Unbearable Lightness of Being by Milan Kundera and some other works in Western literature,which reflects the evolution of Western philosophy since Nietzsche.Although being widely considered as a representative of Modernism,this novel deconstructs the conflicts between weight and lightness through its narration which shares intertextuality with other works,transcending the framework of modernism,and foreshadowing the emergence of post-modernism.
