嘉兴城区商业领域语言使用状况调查

摘要 本文调查了嘉兴市城区中心商圈的语言使用状况,主要包括商场、步行街和超市等多个现代商业领域。本研究采用匿名观察法调查了1014人次,发现年龄、交际类型及交际对象是引起人们语言使用差异的主要影响因素。在嘉兴商业领域的语言使用中,普通话已占据主流地位,推普工作卓有成效,嘉兴话仍然保留一定的语言活力。在与年轻人的交际过程中,语言使用体现出'向上聚合'的倾向,人们具有明显的偏向普通话的语言期望,对方言的认同感不强。因此在语言规划中要增强方言认同感,促进普通话与嘉兴话协调发展。 This paper investigates the use of language in the central commercial area of Jiaxing City,including shopping malls,pedestrian streets and supermarkets.This study used a method of anonymous observation to investigate 1014 people,and found that age,type of communication and communicative objects are the main factors that cause differences in language use.Mandarin has occupied the mainstream position in the use of language in Jiaxing's commercial field,and the work of Mandarin's popularization has been fruitful.Jiaxing dialect still retains certain linguistic vitality.In the process of communicating with young people,language use shows the tendency of'upward convergence'.People have obvious linguistic expectations of Mandarin,and they do not have a strong sense of recognition of the dialect.Therefore,we should enhance the sense of dialect identity and promote the coordinated development of Mandarin and Jiaxing dialect in language planning.
