换向阀式高频振荡呼吸机的研制

摘要 换向阀式高频振荡呼吸机由换向阀、正压腔、负压腔和控制电路等部伤组成。阀芯旋转时,换内阀交替地将出气口与正负压腔接通,与正压腔接通时气流从正压腔流向出气口,与负压腔接通时气流从出气口吸至负压腔,于是就形成高频振荡气流。正负压腔的压力由空压机和真空泵维持并由相应的调节阀调节。这种新型的高频振荡呼吸机工作时气体不断从正压腔输入,往负压腔排出,既可用于构成开放式的高频振荡呼吸系统,也可用于构成封闭式的高频振荡呼吸机。其主机不包含偏心轮,活塞等部件,因而噪声低。经测试,该机高频气流的频率在3~22Hz间连续可调,泵出量最高可达150ml,通气量最高值超过0.61/s。 An alternative valve high frequency oscillatory ventilator consists of alternative valve, positive pressure cavity, negative pressure cavity and control circuit. When the wick of alternative valve is rotated,the alternative valve connects the positive cavity or negative cavity by turns. When the export orifice connects the positive pressure cavity, the air flow to the export orifice from the positive pressure cavity, and when the export orifice connects the negative pressure cavity, the airflow is inhaled to the negative pressure cavity from the export orifice, so a high frequency oscillatory airflow is formed. The pressure of the positive pressure cavity is maintained by an air compressor and a vacuum and regulated by the corresponding adjusting valve. In this alternative valve HFOV, the air continuously comes from, the positive pressure cavity to the negative pressure cavity. Thus both of them can make a closed or open system. This HFOV does not contain any eccentric wheel or piston, The air compressor and the vacuum pump are separated from the main portion of ventilator, hence it does not cause any large noises. It is estimated that the frequency of HFOV can be continuously regulated from 3.0 Hz to 22 Hz, when the maximum output volume reaches 150ml. The maximum ventilative volume can reach 600ml/s.
