摘要
12只人眼作穿透性角膜移植术后,经8个月以上的随访,监测角膜植片的曲率。结果:供眼平均角膜曲率为43.17±1.35D,移植后为47.82±2.34D,表明移植愈合后角膜植片的曲率有明显的增加(△4.6D),角膜散光也有较明显的增加(2D)。其增加量与供眼角膜曲率无任何相关性。
The curvature of the corneal graft was measured in 12 human eyes after penetrating keratoplasty through eight month's follow-up. The mean corneal curvature of donor was 43.17±1.35D while the curvature after transplantation was 47.82±2.34D. It suggested that the curvature of corneal graft after healing be markedly increased ( 4.6D). Also did the cornea stigmatism ( 2D ). The degree of the increased corneal curvature did not correlate with that of the donor
