摘要
用功能材料结构来制造发动机机体是使车辆功能轻量化和提高技术含量的关键方法,本文利用半解析广义双重傅立叶级数解法对汽车功能材料结构发动机机体进行了分层剪切研究和数值分析。通过机体的动态特性试验,获得了机体所受复杂载荷下关键部件的应力响应,并用试验验证计算结果。从而证实了功能结构发动机机体的优越性,并为功能结构机体的优化设计奠定了基础。
Engine cylinder block made of functionally structure is of great importance in making automobile light and raising the technology. The functionally block is one of the developmental ways in future. Numerical analysis and delamination research of engine block made of functionally structure is worked out by means of half-analytics generalized Flourier series. Stress response of the engine block is gained at some primary points by dynamic real time test under complex load. Meanwhile result of calculation is verified by the test. This research proves that engine block made by functionally structure is feasible, and also establishs foundation for constructional design of engine block made of functionally structure.
