Al/18-8钢真空钎焊工艺及界面组织结构

摘要 采用扫描电镜 (SEM )、显微硬度及X -射线衍射 (XRD)等测试方法 ,对Al/18-8钢真空钎焊界面附近的显微组织性能进行了试验研究。试验结果表明 ,结合面钎料润湿效果良好 ,界面附近没有发现裂纹等微观缺陷 ,钎缝显微组织大多为等轴晶。钎缝断口形貌呈粗糙暗灰色纤维状 ,以韧性断裂为主并伴有准解理的混合型断口。钎缝中主要存在δ(Al,Fe ,Si) ,α -Al(Si)等物相。钎焊界面附近没有生成明显的高硬度脆性相。 The microstructure performances of vacuum brazing interface of Al/18-8 steel were studied by means of SEM,micro-hardness test and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results indicated that the wetting effect of the bonding interface was excellent and there was no porosity and cracking near the interface, and the microstructure of the brazing metal was mainly composed of equiax crystal. The fracture mode of the brazing metal was coarse and gray fiber-shape, and it was a mixed fracture composing of mainly tough facture and accompanying quasi cleavage. The brazing metal zone mainly consisted of δ (Al,Fe,Si) and α -Al (Si), and there was no obvious brittleness phase of high hardness.
