基于Client/Server的铝合金焊接工艺设计专家系统

EXPERT SYSTEM OF WELDING PROCEDURE FOR ALUMINUM ALLOYS BASED ON CLIENT/SERVER STRUCTURE

研制了一个基于Client/Server的铝合金焊接工艺设计专家系统。该系统可以被多个用户在企业的局域网上同时使用。系统可以用铝及其合金的焊接工艺设计 ,焊接方法包括手工TIG焊、自动TIG焊、半自动MIG焊、自动MIG焊、电阻点焊和电阻缝焊。同时 ,系统提供了方便的知识库维护方法 ,企业可以根据需要补充和更新焊接知识库。

An expert system of welding procedures for aluminum alloys based on Client/Server structure has been developed. The system could be used by multi-users in the Limited Area Network inside a company and could generate welding procedures for aluminum and its alloys with different welding processes including TIG, MIG, resistance spot welding and seam welding. Meanwhile, the system provided a simple way to maintain,supplement and update welding knowledge base.
