摘要
给家兔iv庆大霉素后,27.3±4.2min时膈肌收缩停止,但膈神经放电仍继续;ip氯霉素30min后iv庆大霉素,10.5±4.5min后膈肌收缩停止,在兔膈肌收缩停止3.5±1.2min后膈神经放电停止;第四脑室注射氯霉素可使膈神经放电幅度减小,呼吸频率减慢。提示:庆大霉素联用氯霉素,致外周呼吸停止,氯霉素有抑制膈神经放电的作用。
When gentanycin is given intravenously, the contraction of diaphragm stopped after 27.3±4.16 min, but the electric discharge of the phrenic nerve is still keep. When gentamycin. is injected intravernou-sly following the administration of chloramphenicol intraperitoneally thirty minutes later, the contraction of diaphragm stopped after 10.5 ±4.5 min. whereas the discharge of the phrenic nerve stopped after the slop of the diaphragm coatraction for 3.5±1.5 min. Injection of chroramphenicol into the fourth ventricle can decrease the range of the discharge of the phrenic nerve and reduce the respiratory rale. It suggests that the use of gentamycin combined with chloramphenicol results in the stop of respiration, and that chloramphenicol has the inhibitory effect on the discharge of the phrenic nerve.
