摘要
观察了慢性间歇性常压缺氧及其合并高二氧化碳的大鼠右心室肌组织与肺组织的超微结构改变。结果提示:(1)心肌线粒体及肺泡的Ⅱ型上皮细胞是心肌及肺组织对缺氧及其合并高二氧化碳的反应最敏感的部位;(2)缺氧高二氧化碳时,心肌线粒体增生的程度、体积大小及嵴间隙和嵴内室的宽度明显不同于单纯缺氧引起的变化。
The ultrastructure of right myocardium and lung of rats is studied after being exposed chronically to intermittent normobaric hypoxia and hypoxia-hypercapnia. The results suggest that. ( 1 ) the mitochondria of myocardium and the type Ⅱ of alveolar cells are the most sensitive position to hypoxia and hypoxia-hypercapnia; ( 2 )The degrees of hyper-plasia in the mitochondria of myocardium, the volume and the width of the intercristal and the intra-cristal space in hypoxia-hypercapnia are significantly different from that in the simple hypoxia.
