摘要
从分析火灾事故调查存在问题和若干法律问题入手 ,探讨火灾事故调查改革与创新。
This treatise analysizes the existing problem in such aspects as fire cause confirmation,fire accident responsibility confirmation,fire loss check,fire statictics and fire accident investigation jurisdisction division,etc.It also put forward some fundamental points of view in the form and innovation of fire accident investigation system.(
