摘要
应试教育背景下,学生主体性的成长受到了极大的压抑。主体间性教育可以加深相互理解,激发积极的心理能量,促进教育目标的生成和实现,因而可以很好地促进学生主体性的成长。探索主体间性教育的实现路径需要转变教育理念,营造尊重、信任、开放、包容的沟通氛围;融入学生的话语方式,搭建主体间性教育的沟通平台;以教育事件为良好契机,提高教育沟通的针对性;在学生成长的不同阶段,选择相宜的沟通策略。
Examination-oriented education has greatly suppressed the subjectivity of students.Intersubjectivity education can counter-balance it in that it promotes mutual understanding,motivate positive mental energy,boost the generation and realization of educational goals.To achieve inter-subjectivity education,we need to convert our educational notions,construct an atmosphere of respect,confidence,openness and tolerance,engage ourselves in the discourses of students,construct a communication platform of inter-subjectivity education,improve the pertinence of education communication by taking education events as good opportunities,and select proper communication strategies in different growth stages of students.
