摘要
高校教师的身份认同危机日益受到学术界关注。基于小木虫论坛和科学网博客的网络民族志研究发现,高校教师的外部认定身份与自我感知身份互相分离,导致个体认知失调。高校教师身份认同变迁和身份分层是高等教育市场化的结果;高校教师身份建构分为价值驱动和规范驱动两种类型;高绩效人力资源管理系统是实现个体身份认同均衡的必经之路。
College teachers identity crisis has received increasing attention in academic field.An internet-based ethnographic study finds that the externally defined identity of college teachers is separated from their self-recognized identity,resulting in individual cognitive dissonance.The identity transition and stratification of college teachers result from market-oriented change of higher education.The identity construction of college teachers can be value-driven or norm-driven.A well-performed human resource management system is indispensable to achieve balanced individual identity.
