摘要
传统意义上的"网商"往往针对一个特定群体,即"在互联网上进行商业活动的商人企业家和个人",但这个定义不能全面展现网商的丰富含义,更不能有效指导实践。网商不能仅局限于商人、企业家或大学生创业者,应该有更加延伸性的研究角度。借鉴智商、情商的概念,网商中的"商"是商数的含义,网商(IEQ)指大学生在利用网络过程中,对网络功能有充分认识,对理性利用网络有充分自觉,对利用网络的目的、频率、时空、取向等有充分判断,具备自律、责任、自我发现、自我诊断等意识。
Traditionally,Chinese phrase'Wangshang'refers to the businessmen who have commercial interactions on Internet.However,just like two other Chinese phrases'Zhishang'(IQ,intelligence quotient)and 'Qingshang'(EQ,emotion quotient),'Wangshang'can also mean Internet Quotient,used to evaluate the degree to which college students recognize the function of Internet,deploy it rationally,and have proper judgments as for why,how often,when and where to use Internet.
