摘要
基于Mycos就业调查数据,分析求职成本、就业能力对就业概率、月薪、单位规模和就业城市等毕业生就业质量的影响,结果表明,虽然投递简历数的增加难以有效提高毕业生的就业概率和就业质量,但是求职费用却显著影响着就业概率和就业质量;就业能力的提高,如参加实习、接受就业辅导和提高基本(工作)能力,能有效提高毕业生的就业概率和就业质量;毕业生的性别、父母学历和家庭社会阶层对其就业概率和就业质量呈现出不同的影响。
Based on the employment survey data from Mycos,this paper studies the effects of job hunting cost and employability on employment quality of graduates,which is measured with employment probability,monthly income,size of employer and city,with the methods of T-test and OLS regression.The empirical results shows:firstly,the number of resume delivered in the process of application can't improve the probability and quality of employment,while the expenditure could do it effectively.Secondly,the improving of employability can enhance the probability and quality of employment.Finally,gender,education background of parents and family stratum show different influence on the probability and quality of employment.
