高校毕业生党员处于由校园步入社会的过渡阶段,这一时期的管理工作由于社会环境复杂、高校生存需要、党务人员不足、毕业生心理不成熟等原因被学校和社会边缘化了,出现了毕业生党员发展、教育、作用发挥不力和离校后找不到组织等多种问题,这些问题可以通过提高认识、创新支部设置、增强党务力量、更新管理内容等途径予以改进。

The Party members among college graduates are in the transitional stage from campus to society,when the organization of them is relatively loosened due to various reasons such as complicated social environment,insufficient Party affair staff,or the psychological immaturity of the students.This leads to a variety of problems in Party member development,their continued education,and others.These problems can be solved through improving our understanding of Party affairs,innovating Party branch setting,and other measures.
