摘要
主要从影响4G PCB信号线设计、阻抗控制、介电常数、导体铜厚、导体线宽、表铜粗糙度、油墨类型、介质常数等因素分析如何影响4G PCB信号衰减,目的是为使有阻抗要求的4G PCB主板在生产加工过程中能得以顺利的完成,希望能给PCB制造业同行有所帮助。
This article mainly analyzes what affect the 4G PCB signal from line design, the influence of 4G PCB impedance control, dielectric constant, thickness of copper conductor, conductor linewidth, table copper roughness, printing ink types, etc. The purpose is to make the 4G PCB board in the production process can be completed smoothly, and hope it'll be helpful for PCB manufacturing colleagues.
